Second Chance Loans 101
The Second Chance loan gives borrowers an alternative mortgage solution when they have less than perfect credit or no credit. It’s an excellent option for a borrower with a previous bankruptcy, foreclosure or short sale. If you've been saving money and have enough for down payment, your credit may not be holding you back as much as you think. We believe everyone deserves a 2nd chance.
ITIN Borrowers
An ITIN Second Chance Loan is designed for people who file taxes with an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) looking to purchase or refinance a home. A social security number is not always required, nor is a traditional credit score. If you file US taxes using your ITIN number, we can help!
Gift Funds Allowed
Our Second Chance Loans allow gift funds to be used towards your down payment. There are no limits on the amount someone can give you for a mortgage down payment or closing costs. However, depending on the loan and property type, you may be required to contribute a certain percentage of the down payment from your own funds.
