Conventional Mortgage Loans generally require a 620 credit score for all borrowers. However, if one borrower's score is higher and the other is lower, but the average is greater than 620, you can now get a Conventional Mortgage Loan.

Investment Properties
FHA, VA and USDA loans all require the home to be a borrower's primary residence. Conventional Mortgage Loans fill in for non-primary homes. However, the 620 minimum credit score requirement is sometimes a barrier to entry. Not with our Average Fico loan. We average all borrower credit scores. If we are above 620, we can qualify.
