FHA 203(k) Renovation Loan
The FHA 203(k) Renovation Loan allows eligible borrowers to combine the purchase or refinance of a home with the cost of repairs to that home. As FHA’s primary program for the rehabilitation and repair of homes, it is an important tool for community and neighborhood revitalization, as well as to expand homeownership opportunities.
FHA Refinance Loan
The FHA Streamline Refinance loan is a specialty loan program that provides homeowners with a simplified, low-cost refinancing option when moving from one FHA loan into a new one. This type of refinance does not require an appraisal or income verification, and in most cases there is minimal credit verification. 12 months of on-time mortgage payments and you should qualify.
FHA Construction Loan
A FHA One-Time Close (OTC), Construction-to-Permanent loan, provides all-in-one financing that combines the cost of home construction, lot purchase/land payoff and the permanent mortgage loan into a single closing. There are no mortgage payments required while the home is being constructed and most importantly, the interest rate is locked at the beginning of the process.
