FHA 203(k) Renovation Loan
The FHA 203(k) Standard program allows eligible borrowers to combine the purchase or refinance of a home with the cost of repairs to that home. As FHA’s primary program for the rehabilitation and repair of single-family properties, it is an important tool for community and neighborhood revitalization, as well as to expand homeownership opportunities.  
VA Renovation Loan
The VA Renovation loan program is a government-backed initiative designed to help active duty military personnel, reservists and Veterans take advantage of up to 100% financing that covers not only the current value of the property, but the cost of remodeling and repairs as well.  
FNMA HomeStyle Loan
The Fannie Mae HomeStyle Renovation loan allows borrowers to purchase a home that needs repairs, or refinance their existing home, and include the necessary funds for renovation in the balance of the new loan. Total, allowable renovation costs up to 50% of the home's after-repaired value. These loans can be used on non-owner occupied properties and vacation homes. Luxury improvements allowed!  
FHLMC CHOICERenovation
CHOICERenovation is advantageous for borrowers who wish to refinance an existing mortgage and take on a substantial home improvement project. Renovations and repairs up to $200,000 & Loan amount based on “as-completed” value.  
Jumbo Renovation Loan
One Loan covers both the home and renovation costs. You are able to make interest-only payments during the renovation and draw funds as needed. You can also finance soft costs, such as architectural services, inspections and permit fees. Jumbo Renovation Loans up to $2 million are available.  
Fix n Flip Loans
We offer fix and flip loans for single-unit, multi-unit, and mixed-use residential projects, up to a maximum 75% of the renovated value. We allow rehab projects of any scope or size, provided you have the experience to complete the project. Purchases, refinances, and cash out deals are eligible. Average downpayment is 10% with loan terms up to 12 months
