2/1 Buydown Loans
What is a 2/1 Buydown?

Lower Your Monthly Housing Payment with a 2/1 Buydown!

Did you know there are programs that can help you secure a lower mortgage interest rate to help you get into the home you want now?
2/1 Buydown & You
A 2/1 Buydown can help you secure a lower payment for the first two years of your home loan. Typically, a seller will pay some interest up front so the buyer can enjoy a rate that’s 2% lower in the first year and 1% lower in the second year.
Seller Credits
Seller credits (seller concessions) are closing costs that the seller agrees to pay on behalf of the buyer. This is often a win-win scenario, as the seller is able to get the deal done, and the buyer is able to purchase their home with a 2/1 Buydown.
Bank Busting Rates
We maintain an array of dedicated, national mortgage investors. Stop paying your bank's leadership team and excessive, overhead costs. We offer wholesale pricing to give you the lowest rates available in the market.
2/1 Buydown Program
When interest rates were at historic lows, a typical fixed rate mortgage loan was all most people needed. Now, rates have risen. They’re still below long-term averages, yet appreciably higher than before. And of course, higher interest rates lead to higher monthly payments.
